At Project Clio, we have a focus on autoimmune diseases, especially those that are rare, understudied, and disproportionately affect women and children. We are advancing a pipeline of machine learning tools for the study of T-cell mediated diseases. This includes diseases that are well known (multiple sclerosis, rheumatoid arthritis, and celiac disease are all T-cell mediated) but especially rare T-cell mediated autoimmune diseases, including Rasmussen’s Encephalitis (RE), Goodpasture’s, SCIDs, Wiskott-Aldrich syndrome, ataxia telangiectasia, DiGeorge syndrome, immuno-osseous dysplasias, and chronic mucocutaneous candidiasis.
